Tuition
Please refer to your "Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program Agreement" (your contract) for your organization's payment amount due on or before July 15, 2010. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if we do not receive your payments by these deadlines. No registrations will be accepted after August 5, 2010. All payments must be made by check. We do not accept credit cards.

Team Requirements:

• The 301 workshop is for teams of six to eight people from the board, staff and volunteers of a single organization that has already been using the model successfully.
• Your team should consist of two to three staff members; two to three board members; and two to three additional volunteers or board members.
• One staff member must be your CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent position; that person can't be your Team Leader.
• One development staff should also be on the team.
• At least three team members must have attended either the full two-day 101 OR 201 workshop, if not both workshops.
• At least two team members (in addition to the three mentioned above) must have attended the 101 and 201 workshops.
• Once you have met the two requirements above, you are eligible to have new team members attend the workshop, but they must have attended at least the Benevon New Team Member Intensive, if not a full two-day workshop.

Team Benchmarks:
Before attending 301, the team must:

• Have twenty Multiple-Year Giving Society^™ Donors.
• Have a Leadership or Challenge Gift that is equal to or greater than the team's five-year pledge at the middle giving level.

If your team does not meet these requirements, please talk to your Regional Representative.

Registration
This workshop is open only to members of the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program. Workshops are limited to fifteen teams. A team consists of up to eight participants from the same organization (or from the same office or chapter if part of a larger organization). Teams consisting of individuals from multiple offices within a given organization are not suitable for the customization and implementation of this model. Benevon does not accept registrations from such teams.

Workshops fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early. Your deposit is nonrefundable and will officially reserve your place. Please do not register if you have any questions about your ability to attend and participate fully in the workshop. Given the limited number of participants, we ask that only people who are serious about implementing the Benevon Model consider applying.

Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a limited number of guest rooms for participants on a first-come, first-served basis at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. If you are planning on reserving a room, please call by July 16, 2010 and request a reservation for the Benevon 301 workshop being held on August 12–13, 2010 to receive the Benevon rate of $179/night plus tax, single occupancy, for a standard room. Note that the rate may change based on the room type you wish to reserve, or if you have more than one person staying in a room.
