Many groups are surprised to see the rigorous scorecard we use to measure each organization's ongoing success with the model. Below are ten of the thirty-three standards on the full scorecard.

Point of Entry Events:
____	Sizzling monthly Point of Entry® Events with at least ten guests per month in attendance
____	25% of Point of Entry guests are referring others
Money Raised from Individuals:
____	After year one, 40% of Ask Event™ attendees have attended a Point of Entry Event prior to the Ask Event. (20% is the minimum for year one; 40% for all subsequent years.)
____	At least 40% of Ask Event guests make a gift or pledge on the day of the event
____	At least 5–10% of Ask Event guests give at the $1,000 (for five years) level
____	At least 10–15% of Ask Event attendees join the Multiple-Year Giving Society™ each year (at one of your three giving levels)
____	Challenge or Leadership Gift of increasing size at each Ask Event
Cultivation:
____	At least two in-person or phone cultivation contacts with each Multiple-Year Donor each year
____	A sustainable tracking system used by everyone in the process to track all donor contacts
Team:
____	All new staff and board leadership trained in the model as they come on board
