Campaign and approach analysis reports
These exciting new reports allow any organization that has purchased Executive Reporting to track goal information (including CPDR), net income, percent return, cost per dollar raised, and average gift for any of their campaigns or approaches. You can also create an Expense Account in Next Step using this function.

Report scheduler
Wouldn't it be nice to have weekly reports in your mailbox the morning when it's appropriate? No longer will you have to run these reports daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Now you can schedule reports to be run and e-mailed directly to you or others.

Correspondence*
Create and store letters (even personalized thank you letters), receipts, and send mass e-mails without leaving your Next Step database. We'll even provide you seven starter templates, and the wizard functions to walk you through successful creation of PDF templates and e-mail templates of your own. Templates include a Data Summary and Letters with Pictures.

New calendar options*

1. Now you can add a new calendar item that can be distributed organization-wide to each welcome screen.
2. You can also create calendar items and choose to save and "export as iCal," which will set up a calendar item for your personal calendar, such as Outlook.
3. Every new and existing calendar item will have a new option allowing you to invite accounts using a query.

Correspondence drop box*

We have rolled out "click through" reporting to your Advanced eMail functionality. Not only can you find hard/soft bounces, but you can also get opened reports and click through reports in addition to your Can Spam compliance, Opt In or Out capabilities, your WYSIWYG HTML editor, spam analysis tools, and more.
