Tuition
Please refer to your "Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program Agreement" (your contract) for your organization's payment amount due on or before February 23, 2010. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if we do not receive your payments by these deadlines. No registrations will be accepted after March 16, 2010. All payments must be made by check. We do not accept credit cards.

Team Requirements:

• The Benevon Advanced Sustainability Workshop is for teams of six to eight people from the board, staff and volunteers of a single organization that has already been using the model successfully.
• Your team should consist of two to three staff members; two to three board members; and two to three additional volunteers.
• One staff member must be your CEO, Executive Director, or equivalent position; this person may not also serve as your Team Leader.
• One development staff should also be on the team.
• At least three team members must have attended either the full two-day 101, 201, 301, OR prior Benevon Advanced Sustainability Workshop, if not all four workshops.
• At least two team members (in addition to the first three mentioned above) must have attended the prior Benevon Advanced Sustainability Workshop.
• Once you have met the two requirements above, you are eligible to have new team members attend the workshop, but they must have attended at least the New Team Member Intensive, if not a full two-day workshop.

Team Benchmarks:
Before attending the Benevon Advanced Sustainability Workshop, a team must:

• Have attended Benevon 301 or one Benevon Advanced Sustainability Workshop per calendar year.
• Have added fifteen to fifty Multiple-Year Giving Society^™ Donors per year net.
• Have a Leadership or Challenge Gift that is 25% higher than last year's Leadership or Challenge Gift.

If your team does not meet these requirements, please talk to your Regional Representative.

Registration
This workshop is open only to members of the Five-Year Sustainable Funding Program. Workshops are limited to fifteen teams. A team consists of up to eight participants from the same organization (or from the same office or chapter if part of a larger organization). Teams consisting of individuals from multiple offices within a given organization are not suitable for the customization and implementation of this model. Benevon does not accept registrations from such teams.

Workshops fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early. Your deposit is nonrefundable and will officially reserve your place. Please do not register if you have any questions about your ability to attend and participate fully in the workshop.

Hotel Reservations
We have reserved a limited number of guest rooms for participants at the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel under "Benevon." Room rates are $139 plus tax per room for single or double occupancy, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for booking rooms at this rate is March 1, 2010.
