  • Saturday, July 9, 2016: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


  • Registration is now closed for this special Benevon alumni event.
  • $475 conference fee
    • Conference fee includes Friday night reception (no-host bar), Friday award banquet dinner, Saturday continental breakfast, and Saturday lunch.
  • $95 Sunday optional post-conference sessions registration fee:

Cancellation policy

  • On or before June 3, 2016: conference fee is fully refundable
  • After June 3, 2016: conference fee is non-refundable

Hotel reservations

  • Downtown Seattle is an extremely popular tourist destination in the summer. We highly recommend booking your hotel accommodations early.
  • We have reserved a limited number of guest rooms at the Hyatt Olive 8 for participants on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Reserve your room online, or call the Hyatt Olive 8 directly at 402-593-6314. We anticipate this room block filling prior to the June 15th deadline.
  • Tell them you will be attending the Benevon conference being held on July 8–9, 2016, and request the special Benevon rate. Room rates vary from $279–$329 depending on the date, plus tax, single occupancy for a standard room.
  • Note that the rate may change based on the room type you wish to reserve or if you have more than one person staying in a room.
