The impact of these pledges hit with full force in this past year's annual fund, the first full fiscal year since the initiative's inception. Year-end results were up 50% over our last fiscal-year, and we begin this fiscal year with a base of pledges totaling almost $200,000 toward our goal. Our goal now is to build our annual fund to $1 million by 2008–09.
