Benevon: Non Profit Fundraising, Training, & Consulting
 &

The [Benevon] Model not only succeeded in attracting many new donors to our organization during an economic downturn, but it also helped us to reconnect our many existing donors with our mission so they could have a more fulfilling experience. Thanks to this model, our development efforts are much more strategic and effective.

Next Step Testimonials

The testimonial stories below were born from the success these nonprofit organizations have had by implementing the Benevon Model in tandem with Next Step®, eTapestry’s Web-based fundraising software application. These organizations have used Next Step to track contacts and donor gifts/pledges, and to do in-depth analysis of their data.

Customized for the Benevon model for non profit fundraising, Next Step is an easy to use, accessible-anywhere system that has freed these organizations from the stress of managing and maintaining a complicated system. Now, thanks to Benevon and Next Step, these nonprofits are able to focus more fully on supporting and carrying out their missions!

The Center for Children and Families
After choosing Benevon's Next Step donor tracking software, the Center for Children and Families reports that Next Step has streamlined their donor communication and cultivation processes. Next Step's ease of use and powerful range of applications have allowed staff and board members better and easier access to information, improving each person's ability to contribute their time and resources to the fundraising efforts.

St. Mary's Child Center
With Next Step helping them to carry out the Benevon Model, the Benevon team at St. Mary’s Child Center took their organization’s non profit fundraising to the next level. Next Step allowed them to keep track of and understand their donors like never before, freeing them from the paperwork that used to hold them back.

Summit Academy (Viewing requires the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
Summit Academy adopted the Benevon model of fundraising in 2004. At their first workshop they heard about eTapestry and their Next Step component that is designed specifically for organizations using Benevon. Summit experienced success with the Benevon non profit fundraising process and saw eTapestry as a perfect way to take their fundraising to a new level. While the price and capabilities of the eTapestry database were the reason they chose eTapestry, the purchase came with an unexpected positive feature—the support of the eTapestry staff.

Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge
In spite of a tough post-9/11 fundraising climate, Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge exceeded the goals of their recent capital campaign. They attribute their success to the Benevon Model and eTapestry, which ultimately made it possible for them to purchase and renovate property to house services for abused and neglected children.
