Payment Options
- To pay by credit card, use the "Pay by Credit Card" option.
- To pay by check, money order, or credit card via fax/phone, use our "Offline Payment" option.
- When you get to the last stage of online checkout, choose the "Complete Order" button under "Offline Payment."
- Submit your order.
- Print your order form.
- Send payment using one of the options below:
- Call us with your order number and credit card number.
- Fax us your credit card number and order form.
- Mail in your order form with a check or money order.
