1. To start
   1. Greeting
   2. Sign in
   3. Mix and Mingle
2. Program
   1. While seated
      • Welcome (board member)—3 minutes
      • Visionary Leader™ Talk—5-7 minutes
        • Past, present, future
   2. Walking around—30-40 minutes
      • Tour (real or virtual)
        • Three stops
        • Each stop: Myth-Buster Fact, story, need
      • Live testimonial—3-5 minutes
3. Thank you/wrap up—2 minutes

This format will provide a solid basis for your Point of Entry Events, and you can then customize the specific details of each segment to your own organization.
