Q: What is the role of the Benevon Team Leader?

A: The Team Leader of an organization's Benevon Implementation Team is responsible for the following:

  1. Attend the Benevon 101 Workshop or the Benevon 101 New Team Member Intensive

  2. Be accountable for the coordination and implementation of the organization's annual Benevon plan and timeline

  3. Keep the group on task and on schedule

  4. Ensure that all data is captured in the database tracking system

  5. Take on personally and/or delegate all tasks needed to fulfill each element of the plan according to the agreed-upon timeline, including:
    • Point of Entry® Events
    • Point of Entry Conversion Events
    • Follow-Up with Point of Entry guests
    • Cultivation
    • Ask Event
    • Follow-Up and cultivation of Multiple-Year Giving Society Donors
