Q: We are in the process of hiring a development director who will carry out the Benevon Model. We were thinking of finding someone who already has some training and experience with Benevon. How can we find someone with that experience?

A: In order to implement this model within your organization in a lasting way, we recommend that you send a full team to a workshop rather than just hire an outside person, no matter how experienced with this system that person may be. This model requires the support of a team to be long-lasting and sustainable within your organization. This is not a job for one person; even if one person could do all the work, the model would not last any longer than that person's period of employment. To fully implement the model in an effective and sustainable way, you really need to train a full team. Those seven people will work together to ensure that this new mission-based system really takes hold in your organization.
