Q:  We have put on three Point of Entry^® tours so far, and I have a question about follow up. When you make the Follow-Up Calls and ask if they can think of someone else to invite, do you make the call to the new person, or do you ask them to help you with the process?

A:  When you make a Follow-Up Call and the guest recommends someone else to invite, you should say, "Would it be all right for me to call them and mention your name, or would you prefer to call the person first to let them know I will be calling?" Any suggestions, names, or ideas they have given you need to be acted on immediately and, in turn, reported back to them quickly.
