A:  While it is OK to use your mailing list to announce your upcoming Point of Entry Events, it is far more effective to focus on the word-of-mouth invitation strategy. People come to Point of Entry Events because of their relationship with the person who invited them, not because they got something in the mail. People have come to view mailings as impersonal. This whole Benevon system is relationship-based and, ideally, it starts with a personal invitation from a friend.
