Q:  We are just starting out with our Point of Entry^® Events. How long do we need to wait before putting on our Ask Event^™?

A:  We recommend waiting six to nine months if you are following the rest of the Benevon Model during that time. You should be having at least one Point of Entry per month. Be sure to do rigorous follow up after each Point of Entry! You need to put on enough Point of Entry Events so that at least 20% of your Ask Event attendees have been to a Point of Entry, and you should project, conservatively, that only 25% of your Point of Entry guests will actually attend the Ask Event. Therefore, you need to get serious about having enough great Point of Entry Events to get you to that 20% mark. However long it takes you to accomplish that is the right answer! Most groups find they can accomplish this in six to nine months.
