Q:  We just had our Ask Event^™ luncheon and are wondering if we are supposed to make Follow-Up Calls to attendees who did not make a donation at the event. We have the time and the right people available to make these calls, but I'm not sure if we should be including those who did not give.

A:  You should make a Follow-Up Call to each guest who gave at your event, plus your Table Captains (who most likely gave as well!). You should not make Follow-Up Calls to guests who did not give at the event. The one obvious exception to this would be if a guest filled out the pledge card and checked the box that says, "Please contact me. I have other thoughts to share."
