• To secure the support of one board member who is excited about the model and agrees to present it to the rest of the board for their approval to adopt this approach and sign up for the Benevon curriculum.

Recommended next steps:

• Identify at least one board member who has indicated an interest in helping you work toward sustainable funding. Often this is someone who has expressed frustration with your current fundraising "treadmill." This person cares deeply about your organization's mission and would love to help you get off that treadmill. Ideally, this is also a board member who is a leader on the board and whose future recommendation to participate in the Benevon curriculum would be well-received and respected.
