• Have your supportive board member and the CEO present the Benevon Five-Year Curriculum to your board for approval.
  
  
• Show the board the Seventeen Minutes to Sustainable Funding video (online or DVD version), and take time for discussion and questions.
  
  
• Have board members discuss what it would mean to have true sustainable funding for your organization's mission.
  
  
• Request a Benevon coach to be on a conference call during your board meeting to answer any unique questions about how the model can be customized for your organization, how it has worked for organizations of similar size or mission, and the results you can expect.
  
  
• Take a vote at that meeting to move forward to adopt the Benevon Model and to register for the Five Year Sustainable Funding Program. Discuss sources of funding for the annual tuition and, ideally, get the board's approval to take the funds out of the organization's budget.
