• Obtain funding. By this point, having built strong internal support for adopting the model, finding the funding is often less daunting than most groups expect. Most groups fund their participation from one (or a combination of) these options:
  • Secure a grant from a foundation funder who already knows and supports your organization.
  • Secure funding from one or more individual donors or board members.
  • Fund the training from your own budget, reserves, or endowment.
  
  
• Talk with our Regional Representatives so they can:
  • Help you compose the ideal team for your organization (two to three staff, two to three board members, and two to three volunteers).
  • Find the dates and location that work best for your team.
  • Support you in putting all the pieces together so you can register for our Five Year Curriculum for Sustainable Funding or our Benevon 101 Workshop.
